How do I log into the portal?

Use the secure portal link above and sign in using the email and password you created during setup.

What can I do in the portal?

Clients can:

  • Complete paperwork

  • Join telehealth appointments

  • View appointment details

  • Send secure messages

Can I message my therapist through the portal?

Yes. Once your portal account is created, secure messaging becomes available through TherapyPortal.

I forgot my password.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen. If you continue having trouble, contact our office and we can send a password reset email.

Why didn’t I receive a text reminder?

The system sends one automated SMS reminder per appointment. Appointments must be scheduled more than 2 hours in advance to receive a reminder.

My reminder email went to spam.

To help ensure reminders arrive correctly, please add:

appointmentreminders@therapyportal.com

to your email contacts/address book.

What will I see after logging in?

After logging in, clients will see their scheduled appointments, paperwork requests, and secure messages.

Helpful Tips

  • Please complete intake paperwork before your first session.

  • Telehealth links appear in your portal appointment details.

  • Secure messaging is the fastest way to contact your provider for non-urgent needs.

  • If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
